Here in Yarnell last night the wind blew with gusts at 30-35mph, along with heavy rain. The trailer was rocking, curtains billowed, windows whistled, the tarp over the front rattled, and things outside clattered. I figured the garbage can had blown to the next county. Quite a cacophony.
This morning when I finally peek out the curtains to read the thermometer, 34°, this is what I saw…
Berta and I just built that fence about two weeks ago. Guess we’ll have to try again and do it right this time.
Now it’s snowing, but not sticking.
All it takes it clouds. Otherwise, the sky is a mellow orange, violet and blue that just doesn’t photograph well. This is my western view. And it happens almost every night.
