Sherry chose #7364, a foggy view into Transept Canyon taken September, 2014 towards the end of monsoon season.
Diane chose #0507 from October, 2014’s trip to Bandon, Oregon.
Yogi chose #5555 when a dust storm blew past while I camped at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, California in February, 2015.
My choice this week, the magical colors, textures and shapes of the Navajo sandstone along a short hike in Kanab, Utah which I’ll post about soon.

Do you have a favorite from this week?
Love all these photos as much as each other, they all are great. Very hot here at the moment and I am hardly going out of the door. Thanks goodness for a thick walled stone house! 0607 for next week please. Diane
Thanks Diane. I’ll bet the stone house stays cooler than a tin box RV. Been getting a bit warm here too but the rains are starting to cool things down a bit. Have you down for #0607.
Love my foggy picture. I know they are hard to take to get the real feel of how mysterious things appear. We’re luckily getting a break from the heat. Rain has been predicted but mostly we’re getting cloudy and thus cooler. It’s been wonderful the past two days although the air is so full of moisture you get wet just walking through it. Feels like I imagine the coast of Oregon. How about #3892 for next time?
Fog usually requires manual focusing. Should be more of it coming with monsoon. When the humidity exceeds 30% here I feel sticky. Hard to believe I grew up with 90+%. Have you down for #3892.
Such beautiful vistas. That looks like some sort of dark backed gull in your photo but I can’t see the color of the legs. My number choice for this week is 9876:)
I can barely tell one gull from another. Have you down for #9876. Thanks for joining in.
Wish I could remember what day it is! These sure capture the variety of wonderful places you’ve been. We’ll be in Bandon tomorrow 🙂 I’ll take 702 for our first day in Oregon.
When you’re retired it’s not necessary to remember what day it is. 😉 Loved the time I spent in Bandon last fall. They have a farmer’s market but I can’t remember what day. Have you down for #702.
Great photos again!! I love the one you chose for yourself the best although the Bandon, Oregon pic is a close second.
Thanks Yogi. No number this week?
I’m in this week.
My number is 203 for the number of pics I took in western Oklahoma visiting family this past weekend.
Thanks for playing along. Have you down for #203.
