There’s more than fresh organic vegetables at the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market in Kanab, Utah. And of course I found a jewelry vendor. In fact I bought a beautiful ring from silversmith Dan Burns.
You know I love jewelry, make and sell it as well as buy. But I’m not a silversmith so love to add to my personal collection.
This ring of dyed Kingman turquoise was a perfect match for my dress of the day. I may have to custom order a pendant and bracelet to match.
Dan and his Mom Cindy are delightful folks. Hope you’ll check out his Etsy store for good design, selection and prices.
Just getting caught up after 6 days of no internet. Don’t know how the folks at the gorgeous Capitol Reef do it. We are now at Arches and the temps are 92-94-93 for the next 3 days. When we got out of the car David said, boy this feels like Kanaub. LOL And there you are. Beautiful ring. Wish I had the long lithe fingers to wear it.
LOL! I feel your pain regarding the heat. One of the reasons I’d rather not go off the Kaibab Plateau during summer. Got to 80 here today and I was sweating. Haven’t been to Capitol Reef, or Arches, in way too many decades. Enjoy the journey and share when you’re able.
