These two youngsters were just lion on the road while the other three wandered around and Mom looked on at Kruger National Park South Africa.

And the road is where we saw lots of them. They love to sleep overnight on the warm tarmac.
I hope you are further away than the picture looks like you are.
The lions are well fed and lie about on the roads causing a traffic jam almost every morning. So I was close, but do have a zoom lens.
What an amazing moment in time and how fortunate for you that you were able to capture the moment?!
I am still in shock as to all the lions we saw in Kruger.
I wonder if they caught anything as mom was teaching them to hunt?
Would have been really great to see a kill. Maybe next time.
That’s FIVE lions you saw on and along side the road. Oh my goodness! This is just so amazing. What a life you live. Sure glad I at least get to see the pictures. If anyone wants to give me a free trip, I choose Kruger National Park.
And that was just one of the many lion sightings. You for sure need to visit Kruger.
