Not sure it breaths fire but I could hear the roar.
Jerry Moskowitz, also known as The Mad Hatter, manufactures imaginative trikes with a VW engine.
Note the baby dragons just hatching under the tail.
And here’s Jerry (standing) with wife Jo on their Pirate trike. They belong to the Childrens Charity Riders Association in Florida and raise money by riding to help children in need. The trikes are towed on a trailer behind a motor home until they get to their destination, often National Parks.
They took flight to explore.
Kool trikes, great pix!!!
I can see you on one of these Chuck.
Those are just too dang cute for words. You are host to some very interesting visitors — thank you for sharing their stories.
We do get some odd ducks sometimes.
Now there’s a sight I never expected to see at the Grand Canyon!
Definitely took me by surprise.
I want the dragon bike!!!! That is so cool. Although riding motorcycles does scare me a bit. Cool stuff to see around the canyon. It’s interesting how so many people have different uses of the canyon. What a wonderful thing to enjoy.
I’m back. Major trek to complete my work for the hummingbird challenge….and in the process, a lot more was discovered. ID’ing things like moths is not easy. I am working to learn as much as I can because I think it’s almost time to take that step into becoming a park interpreter. But I may go for law training…gun stuff etc. However I’d like to work more with people on the education part. The big thing is that I am continuing my eduation on the nature of things…..but as for rocks…..I lack greatly in this area:)
I love motorcycles but have never ridden a trike. Sure would get a lot of attention if I showed up to work on one of these.
Moths are tough to ID. And interpretive ranger jobs are very difficult to get. Lots of competition, especially from Veterans. You stand a better chance in law.
I bet they turned a few heads!
I want one too…… I love the dragon one
Wow, incredible details on those trikes! How great that they’re having fun and raising awareness for a good cause.
