Had a 5th-wheel hitch installed in Flagstaff. Now I’ll be ready to roll in October.
So now I’m reversing my journey. Back past Mt Humphreys.
Back through the Painted Desert.
Past Echo Cliffs.
Across the Colorado River on Navajo Bridge.
Past the Vermilion Cliffs.
Up onto the Kaibab Plateau.
Probably a stop at Jacob Lake for a milkshake.
Through the 2006 Warm Fire burn.
And the Kaibab National Forest.
To home where it might be raining.
It's like a rewind.
Yeah… and what a rewind!!!
Wish I was with you!

Now that's what I call a real nice trip home. I would have stopped at any one of those places for at least a couple of days. Superb country, but then, it is probably all old hat for you.
Such a pretty journey! I love the last photo.
A good milkshake is always worth the stop.
I need to go to your world! Fantastic place! Enjoy… 😉
I haven't been visiting you lately, Gaelyn; seeing your comment today made me wonder why and it is because I must have lost you when my blog went walkabout. Now I'm a follower again…phew!
Seeing those wild Turkeys in a previous blog reminded me of the marvellous documentary I saw on TV last week about the man who raised a clutch of them and they thought he was their mother. Bet you've seen it…if not try to find it.
You certainly do live in the most beautiful country. XX
What sites! Not sure which I like best…
A trip with amazing sights and sites
Just love all the photos but the second one is stunning. Diane
