I may have stayed a little longer than planned in Alpine, TX due to truck troubles, but the sunsets were sure nice. I took this one a minute before this one.

Wow! Intense colour, wonderful sunset.
I can only see one photo but it is fantastic. Diane
Changes, eh?
That house is in Anacortes. Different. MB
Fabulous, both of them. I love it when the clouds are so dynamic and change every moment.
Sorry to hear about your truck troubles.
I'll be back to read the whole saga when I'm back.
Take care and travel safely.
Oooh…at least you had this nice sunset while in Alpine.
It looks like Alpine wasn't a bad place to get stuck.
exquisite sky…thank you for sharing this moment with all of us!!!
Such a beautiful place to spend the night. Impressive.
Those TX skies are fiery, Gaelyn. PS It is windy here in Denver, too (I read your former post.) Hope you are "home" with Mom by now.
WOW, Gaelyn! This sure is gorgeous! Sometimes truck troubles have a good side.
What a beautiful picture! What an interesting life!
Blessings,
Shirley
Very pretty. It sounds like you had quite the adventure in Alpine!
Both pictures glowingly beautiful, – particularly impressed with the 'click on' one, – love the violets in it.
It sure is beautiful and I bet a minute later it was gone.
Beautiful, Gaelyn. Skies are like the weather – just wait a minute if you don't like the current state.
Safe (and further-repair-free) travels!
A very nice sunset. Beautiful colors. Perfect photo. Well done.
Have a nice weekend.
Both are impressive sunsets. At least nature gave you something to make up for the truck problems.
