I so thoroughly enjoyed spending a full day in Hermanus along Walker Bay. I’m not usually a water baby, but as they say, when in Rome…
How nice it would be to follow the coastline all the way to the Cape of Good Hope.
Rain fell intermittently followed by bursts of sunshine then rainbow.
I felt like I was chasing westward for the elusive pot of gold. Yet around every bend I found the best riches as I savored each precious view and moment.
More rainbows to come
Funny as I’m going through all the photos from my South African adventure small thoughts and memories pop up. One of the reasons I take so many photos (almost 6000 from this trip) is to record the Now, Now, Now, for later, later, later.
Amazing view!
Stunning photos!!
Have a lovely day!
You are making me homesick again!! Diane
I hear ya about going thru photos and the memories. It's a lot of fun, I remember all sorts of tiny things thanks to the photos. Good stuff. …looks like a great drive and the sky is awesome, love the low cloud cover over the mts in the last one.
So many beautiful posts of your travels in Africa! So exciting to see the places you got to visit!
Light rainfall can be so refreshing on a car trip, especially when it's packing rainbows!
I have that same problem. I want to label and name each and every photo. Takes ages to do so.
Fun to travel down the road with you! I love the rainbow shots. It looks like you spent a bit of time chasing it.
Nice rainbows, must be difficult to find these spots
