After an exciting day of caving and riding an ostrich I headed back though the Outeniqua Mountains to the coast to find a place to stay for the night.
The view from Robinson Pass drew my eye on to forever.
Perdeberg River Valley
I stopped and discovered a portion of the old road.
And picked a few blackberries.
Before continuing to the coast.
It looks like you were driving on the left side of the road? Or have I missed a post 🙂
It looks similar to some places you've taken us to in the southwest….until that road sign in the last photo!
so cool! That's so exciting you got to go to Africa. Can't wait to get over there one day. I definitely enjoy all your posts on it!
Nice to see the open roads and blue vistas you enjoyed on your trip, Gaelyn!
This looks a bit like the arid western US. That ostrich didn't look very tame, doesn't seem like you stayed on very long.
There really are some fantastic views from the Robertson Pass.
