On this most recent hike into the Grand Canyon I learned a few new things about my body and spirit. When I hit a wall, I can tunnel through and overcome physical obstacles as I soar.

Estupenda foto. El puente parece que no llega a la otra orilla.
Un saludo
Great words and amazing photo. Dciane
Oh my word, what a STUNNING photo, Gaelyn. And the words are beautiful. Did you see I dedicated a post to you last weel? Have a great week ahead. Blessings and (((hugs))) Jo
My head is still reeling from the sights and sounds…
The view from under the bridge is awesome, Gaelyn. Yes, it's all about mental strength, isn't it. When we think we can't, very often we still can…
Walls are certainly porous. We can certainly loosen up the senses that have been blocked off to re-invigorate our connectivity to our surroundings.
Wow, is this ever a dramatic photo!!!
We often think our limits are much less than they really are. It's only when we are challenged to do just a little bit more that we find out that we can indeed do more.
Really interesting view from under the bridge. Neat to see things from a different perspective.
Great photo.
And a reminder that it's all in the mind and heart. Well, most of it. I must admit, sometimes the wall is in my knees, back, lungs, etc…
