The light and shadows never disappoint me at Grand Canyon. I am always illuminated.

Glorious way to end the day, Gaelyn! Gorgeous, dramatic colors! Terrific capture as always! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Sylvia
Hi Gaelyn,
Those changing colors and the light at sunset are certainly "illuminating". When do you rap up there and go home?
Oh my goodness, I love those glowing colors, fantastic shot, Gaelyn!
The Grand Canyon is one of those places on earth that proves how old thing really are or can get. Some say 13.7 billion years is accurate. The Grand Canyon has a journal of that date in time and I suspect there are places where it can be seen. I always wonder or think to myself, who was the last man that walked down this path. And if I lived a thousand years, would I ever come back this way and walk the same path again?
It is a beautiful picture, Gaelyn. So much different from the cornfield along our bike path. Or there is no place around here that has sunsets and sunrises like the Grand Canyon. I wish there was.
This is an amazing photo showing off wonderful colours. You could never tire of looking at your beautiful scenery. Diane
Thanks for today's little slice of heaven. I'm lovin' it.
You and the light in that photo are most illuminating. That's a gorgeous view.
Beautiful, as ever!
A most stunning vista!
Lovely skywatch 🙂 I was in Grand Canyon in 2005, what a beautiful place. So amazing 🙂
Have a nice day.
A stunning tone of light falling over the rocky canyon!
It's always a pleasure to see your wonderful photos! Have a nice week ahead!
Great photo.
You certainly seem to be in the right place at the right time!
Oh, beautiful light! Such views you get from your perch on the North Rim.
Looking for winter employement? That would be hard, to give up your time to roam; but then you might be able to explore some new place in depth.
Stunning. Sunrise and sunset are certainly the times to get photos like this.
The play of light on the rocks is so amazing, and the constant change of light and shadow keeps one riveted.
Wonderful contribution, – thank you for sharing…
Glad you are in an illuminated state (state, get it, har, har)
Fantastic photo – I am sorry I missed those views this year.
Stunning!
The colours are incredible.
Stunning photos. I hope to visit the Grand Canyon some day…
