The only problem with being a yard sale junkie and buying all kinds of stuff that really isn’t needed means also having to have a yard sale to recycle and make room for more.
Yet I didn’t have as much stuff to get rid of as I thought. But Berta did.
We finally opened on Friday at 10am after we went to a neighborhood yard sale. In fact we worked off their signs. But then we didn’t stay open home all afternoon as we heard about another yard sale.
Saturday we were pretty busy and both got rid of a lot of stuff. I’m sure there was something there with your name on it and you missed out on a great deal.
Looks like you had a very busy weekend my friend!! 🙂
There are always something interesting to be found at second hand sales. Sometimes you discover real little treasures and bargins.
Oh, if I had been there….our school will be having a yard sale in June…I sell, I buy…
I could sure use some of the tables, my orchids are totally overcrowded.
Does this mean you are safely back home again???
Hugs Arija
That looks like you had quite a yard sale. I went to one on saturday and bought an automatic Apple peeler for 1.50 but what I wanted was an old Autoharp but i though it was too much and offered less but they said no and went back later and it was gone. My motto–if it's gone it wasn't meant to be. LOL
Hope you got rid of what you didn't want and made a few bucks in the process. MB
Gaelyn: Silly question, did your finds exceed your sales?
I would have loved to have been there. I am sure there were several things with my name on them. Maybe next year.
Gaelyn, have you seen the RonCo Pocket Fisherman? Oh man, I forgot, if it wasn't nailed down, it got sold….
