Berta & I went shopping in Prescott yesterday. Of course that means stopping at a thrift store or two for a best buy or two.
One of our favorites is the non-profit NOAH that helps Neglected, Orphaned, Abused, Helpless four-legged friends. We always seem able to make a donation through our many purchases. …combination pendant & broche.This little gem is about 1inch long. It’s definitely sterling silver although there is no .925 stamp or signature which usually indicates it was made pre-1970s, sometimes called old pawn. The well matched turquoise stones shaped with points on both ends are known as needlepoint, an iconic style made by the Native American Zuni people who now live in western New Mexico.
